J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the issues between the appellants and respondents are settled out of the Court and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds taken in the Appeal Suit filed against the judgment and decree dated 28.11.2017 passed in O.S.No.49 of 2015.

2. In view of the settlement between the parties, the appellants are at liberty to file an appropriate application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the Trial Court by following the procedure.

3. With this liberty, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.108 of 2018 stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
