PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to his order in No.Rc.119303/2010 E.Pa.2 dated 14.10.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the salary notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and with monetary benefit from 01.01.2007 and pay the consequential benefits by way of arrears of salary, increased gratuity and value of surrender leave salary.
