ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., S.Vaishnavi, aged 18 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner has been produced by the respondent before this Court. She informs of having converted to Islam and having married one Sheik Dawood. Both her husband as also his mother are present before this Court. The detenue informs of being well under their care and she does not desire to return to parental home. Petitioner/father of the detenue is informed the position.
