The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of his complaint, dated 20.04.2015. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that there are 10 complaints pending against the opposite parties before the Central Crime Branch, EDF - Team II.

Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the petitioner to make a written complaint before the Investigating Officer attached to Central Crime Branch, II, EDF - Team II. As and when such complaint is being filed by the petitioner, the concerned Investigating Officer, attached to Central Crime Branch, II, EDF - II is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law by registering a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
