This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2013 in CSR No.271 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the FIR.

4. With the above observation, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
