It is made clear that the applicant herein (plaintiff) is not entitled to file similar application and in case the plaintiffCompany files any similar application, the applicant-Company (plaintiff) will have to deposit Rs.1 crore (Rupees one crore only) to the credit of the present suit, and unless they deposit the said Rs.1 crore, the Registry shall not take such similar application on file.
