(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we are of the view that it is for the first two respondents to look into the issue about the suitability of the land belonging to respondent No.12, where the petrol pump is sought to be established. There is no question of any public interest litigation being maintained.

2. The writ petition is closed.

No costs.
