JUDGMENT

It is seen from the records that the Registry was directed to issue drafted notice to the appellant on 03.08.2020. Though notice was served on the appellant and his name is printed in the cause list today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through a counsel. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
