O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the first detenue G.Sasikala, wife of S.Gowri Sankar, aged about 29 years, to cause production of his wife along with his minor child G.Hari Pranesh, son of S.Gowri Sankar, aged about 7 years, before this Court and to set them at liberty. 2.The alleged detenues are secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the first detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the first detenue told us that she is staying with her son in a hostel and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged first detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
