It is represented by Mr.K.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue his claim in the pending review application No.152 of 2023 and to take consequential steps for the relief sought in the present writ petition. 2.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdraw with liberty as sought for and the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
