On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall pay of a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees thousand only) to the respondents 1 and 2 on or before 21.02.2024. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
