Srcm dated 28.11.2017 in respect of the Petitioner is circulated. As per the said death extract, the Petitioner, KR.Purushothaman, S/o.P.K.Rajan, passed away on 23.11.2017. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as abated, with a liberty to proceed with the matter by the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner. No costs.
