Against this petition, a Caveat and supporting affidavit was filed by the Caveators. As per order of this Court, the Original Petition No.475 of 2004 was converted into Testamentary Original Suit No.41 of 2004.

J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and nothing survives in this suit. Pursuant to the same, he has filed a Memo dated 14.07.2023 which has been duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.
