The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioners representation dated 28.12.2020 and to sell the properties in Survey No.295/7A- 7B, 295/ 7C, 295/7D and 295/7e, total extend of 32.05 Acres in Maathehalli village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District to petitioner by fixing the value of the land on far with market and Governments Guideline value.

2. The petitioner claims to the member of Kalaimagal Sabha and the Sabha owns the subject land described in the Writ Petition. The petitioner in order to realize his deposits, filed the Writ Petition to sell the property. This Court has already passed an order appointing a Special Officer / Administrator to administer the affairs of the Kalaimagal Sabha. The Special Officer in the rank of Additional Inspector General of Registration, Registration Department has been appointed. The Special Officer has

already taken charge and started initiating actions to sell the properties and to settle the depositors.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Officer appointed to administer the Kalaimagal Sabha for the purpose of redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.
