Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents and opposed the petition on the ground that no sufficient cause has been shown for the delay.
Considering the submissions and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we find that the delay has been sufficiently explained and it is neither willful nor wanton and accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
