When the matter was taken up today for hearing, there is no representation on either side. Despite several opportunities, the learned counsel for the plaintiff has not taken any steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff. Hence, the Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed as abated.
