Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned seniority list issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Rc.No. 22021/B1/2012 dated 20.10.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the seniority list of Station Officers as empaneled in the said impugned seniority list based on the marks they scored in their selection by the 3rd respondent and consequently to revise all the promotions already made pursuant to the impugned seniority list based on the seniority so revised based on their marks within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
