(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The detenue is present and she informs that she is happily married. She has also come with her tender child. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even before the learned Magistrate, the detenue was present and she gave a statement on 26.08.2019 that she is not in illegal custody.
