ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State submitted that though this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the entire records in Cr.NO. 5/2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same, during the pendency of the petition, investigation was conducted and charge sheet has been filed in C.C No.28/2017 and, hence, the present relief has become infructuous and therefore, prays for dismissal of the present petition.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. The petitioner is granted at liberty to workout his remedies in a manner known to law.
