Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25/09/2020 regarding issue of patta in favour of the Petitioner pertaining to survey No:11/1B(part) Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpet District within a specified time limit.

ORDER

The petitioner moved the third respondent with his representation dated 25.09.2020 for issuance of patta to the petitioner with regard to the property in survey No:11/1B (part) Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry on the petitioner's representation is scheduled to take place on 23.02.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildhar. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
