A.No.545 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 651 days in filing the adoption memo for adopting the written statement of second defendant in the above suit as the written statement of the defendant in the above suit.

2. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and being satisfied, these applications are accordingly, ordered.
