(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petitioner seeks to pass himself off as a public spirited individual who seeks to protect the sanctity of the voting system. representation which has, apparently, not been considered by the Election Commission.

2. Since the next elections are round the corner, the writ petition is not entertained at this stage. However, it will be open to the writ petitioner to renew the prayers at a subsequent stage.

W.P.No.3499 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
