The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the first respondent to pass suitable orders on the Second Appeal dated 21.02.2024 under Section 19(3) of Right to Information Act 2005 thereby providing the information and attested copies of documents requested in the RTI application dated 11.10.2023 filed with the third respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the second appeal dated 21.02.2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of Right of Information Act, 2005 has been disposed of on 19.03.2025. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 19.03.2025, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known Page No.2 of 5
to law.
3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 would submit that question of territorial jurisdiction may be kept open in the event of petitioner is filing another writ petition, before this Court.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent that the petitioner's second appeal dated 21.02.2024 under Section 19(3) of Right of Information Act, 2005 was disposed of on 19.03.2025, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
