The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 31.12.2021 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in extent of 763 sq.ft. in S.No.524/2G, Patta No.6679 of Sunjalnatham Village, Pennagaram
Taluk, Dharmapuri.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the land to an extent of 763 sq.ft. in S.No.524/2G, Patta No.6679 of Sunjalnatham Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri and he made application dated 31.12.2021 to the respondents seeking to measure and demarcate the land and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.12.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
