Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made dated 05.02.2018 in W.M.P.No.3179 of 2018 in W.P.No.2580/2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Contempt Petition may be closed since an interim order of stay has been obtained from this Court in connection with the same issue in a fresh writ petition filed.
