The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.05.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)© and 29(1) of the DPS Act in Crime No.83 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused were found to be in illegal possession of 20.200 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner.

4. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed on the ground that the contraband seized from the petitioners were commercial quantity and the petitioners have previous cases. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
