This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the respondent Police on on the first Saturday of every month at 5.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17255 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.

20163 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until file a final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
