This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall stay at Salem district and report before the town Police Station Hasthampatti daily at 10.30 a.m for the period of two months and he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m for another periof of three months in Crl.O.P.No. 31587 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
