This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31997 of 2022 on 23.12.2022 to report before the Town Police Station, Dindigul daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for another period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months.
