ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 26.12.2011 preferred against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 12.12.2011 in accordance with law and in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the appeal was disposed of on 28.12.2012 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
