JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 01.06.2023, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption "for dismissal' on 02.06.2023. Even today, i.e., 02.06.2023, counsel on record for the appellant is not present. Mr. R. Rajadurai (Enrolment No. 3980/18), who is representing on behalf of the counsel on record for the appellant, sought for an adjournment. Since the second appeal is of the year 2010, this Court is not inclined to grant any adjournment.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
