This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents, their men, people, their sub-ordinates or any other persons claiming through them from in any manner shifting the TASMAC shop No.4082 and Bar license issued by the first respondent Order Na.Ka.No.787/A3/2023 dated 13.12.2023 for the period 13.12.2023 to 31.12.2025 running at Plot No.4/402, Moovarasampettai Main Road, Uzhaipaali Nagar, Chennai - 600 091.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned 2/5
Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that as on date the aforesaid TASMAC Shop No.4082 is functioning only in the aforesaid address and they have no idea to shift the TASMAC shop to any other place.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
