ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.C. Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V. Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The petitioner filed an application, to cancel the patta issued in favour of the third parties, before the second respondent and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
