kj Court, Ponneri to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, This Court on earlier occasion, ordered Tr.C.M.P. and in view of the same, H.M.O.P. pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri, was transferred to the Family Court, Chennai. The learned counsel further submitted that the matter has already been settled, consent decree was passed and nothing survives in the Tr.C.M.P.

3.Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Tr.C.M.P. is closed as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
