This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order in GO.Ms.No.147 School Education(K1) Department dated 21.09.2011 passed by the First Respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Librarian in Erode District.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that after selecting through Tamilnadu Public Service Commission, the petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer.

Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
