2. Heard Ms.Monica Chopda R, learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff and Mr.Mohammed Ifran Ali, learned counsel for the respondents/defendants.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned at paragraph No.2 of the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to effect publication in one edition of 'The Indian Express' having circulation at Alappuzha on or before 14.02.2022 and the notice shall be returnable by 21.02.2022. The learned counsel for the plaintiff shall file the affidavit of service during the next date of hearing along with the original newspaper in which the publication is effected.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Post the suit under the same caption on 21.02.2022.
