This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in R.No.25892/MP1/S3/2005 dated 30.06.2005 of the second respondent and to quash the same; consequently, to direct the second respondent to fix his pay over and above his Junior N.Velmurugan.

2. Even after giving several opportunities to the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
