The Application Nos.1573 and 1574 of 2024 have been filed to condone the delay of 171 days and 343 days in filing the applications seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased R.K.Jagannathan and R.K.Padmanaban, as petitioners 5 to 9 and 10 to 12 in O.P.No.635 of 2022 respectively.

2. The Application Nos.1575 and 1576 of 2024 have been filed to permit the petitioners mentioned in the applications to be brought on record in the place of the deceased R.K.Jagannathan and R.K.Padmanbaban in O.P.No.635 of 2022 respectively.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and considering the fact that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, these applications are ordered.

Post the Original Petition on 12.04.2024.
