C.M.P.No.4455 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.113220 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 64 days in preferring the above appeal against the award dated 05.04.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.119 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Krishnagiri.

2.Though, notice was served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, they have not appeared either in person or through counsel before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 64 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
