ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.115 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore. When the matter is called for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners herein were arrayed as A2 & A3 in the above calender case, which was subsequently transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore and renumbered as C.C.No.108 of 2012. He further submitted that in the criminal revision in Crl.R.C.No.1087 of 2016 filed by A1 before this Court, the calender case in Cr.No.77 of 2008 against all the accused has been quashed by this Court by an order dated 24.11.2016 and hence nothing survives in this petition.
