O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the C.C.No.7 of 2014, on the file of District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Valangaiman, Thiruvarur District and transfer the same to any other Magistrate Court in Thanjavur District.

2.It is seen from the records that almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, since numerous Presiding Officers were also changed to the concerned Court.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
