This petition is filed to condone the delay of 645 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no relief is sought against the respondents 2 to 4 and hence, notice to them is not necessary.

3.Though notice has been served on the 5th respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the1st respondent.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 645 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person:

Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
