The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No. 799 of 2017 dated 23.12.2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 23.12.2017 as mistake of fact.
