This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 23 to 26 as legal representatives and bring them on record as 25 to 28 respondents in the above appeal suit.

2.Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed respondents and Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned counsel for the respondents 22 & 23 and Mr.D.Ravichandar, learned counsel for the 24th respondent have no objection in ordering the petition.

3. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to advance substantive justice, this petition is ordered, accordingly.

4. Post the appeal suit on 02.07.2026 for arguments.
