ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking To amend the provisions of Law u/s. 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 353(1) of BNS Act r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu

GBI Prohibition of Women Harassment Act instead of under Section 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 353(3) of BNS Act r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Connection with Cr.No.336 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34546 of 2025 order dated 17.12.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.34546 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
