2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as far as the direction of this Court to pay Rupees One Crore exemplary cost is concerned, the Appellate Court has granted stay and the appeal is still pending.

3. Such view of the matter, the Registry is directed not to post these matters for compliance till the disposal of the appeal. It is well open to the parties to file appropriate applications for enforcement of any directions after the decision of the appellate Court.
