ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to condone the delay of 7 months and 16 days in preferring the appeal against the order of compulsory retirement passed by the second respondent vide Ku.Aa.No.008439/499/Ni.Pi.2/Asst1/2016-22 dated 25.10.2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
