The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation and Crime No.209 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police Aayilpatti Police Station to some other investigating agency more particularly to CBCID Erode in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.209 of 2015, pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
