This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on CSR No.1279 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.12.2021, a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.119 of 2022 for the offence under Section 381 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
