Today, this Writ petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner prays to remove the observation made in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 24.01.2025. Accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to delete the said Paragraph No.7 and in the said place the following shall be incorporated: 7.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. All other observations made in the order dated 24.01.2025 remains intact.
